Our Vision. . .

The vision behind the CIMSability application was that of the Mai-Wel Group, following the acknowledgement of the need to advance the client management administration within their organisation. 

Our Mission. . .

To provide a solution to the Disability Services Industry that can be used as an organisation wide application. This in turn will assist organisations in overcoming DMI challenges and provide them with the tools to better support their clients.

Organisations using CIMSability represent a community that will drive the ongoing development and adaptation of the application. Through our support portal, users have the ability to express their ideas and provide feedback which is incorporated into our future development.

The Roadmap page of this website, states the direction for CIMSability and details a variety of information from future product enhancements through to the strategic objectives of CIMSability.

Who are we?

The Mai-Wel Group is one of Australians leading disability service providers and the largest in the lower Hunter area of NSW, Australia’s largest regional population centre.

In 2005, Liveware Solutions became the software development partner to develop the application and provide ongoing support to its users.
