The software requirements of disability service providers in Australia are quite specific. As such, the pre-sales engagement process provided by Liveware ERP is conducted by an industry expert whose knowledge and experience stems from the involvement in project management of implementations within the sector.
Our pre-sales engagement process encompasses:
Initial Qualification; our presales team will manage your initial inquiring, validating your stated requirements and setting expectations in terms of initial solution suitability, approximate costs and other information.
Product Demonstration; onsite or online demonstration of CIMSability Enterprise.
Note: Attendees from the organisations themselves must be in attendance. Liveware do not perform demonstrations for external consultants or individuals alone whom are not direct employees of the organisation.
General Pre-Sales Participation; a Liveware representative will fulfil any request for additional information with regards to pricing, system requirements, project management and services.
Proof of Concept; in the event an organisation wishes to conduct detailed proof of concept work i.e. working with a consultant to proof the application on their data or conduct several sessions to qualify functionality in ‘consultative detail’, this service is available as a consulting exercise. Standard consulting service rates apply.
